This project was initiated with the intention of showcasing the capabilities of our products and encouraging potential employers to schedule a call with us to become active users. The most challenging aspect of this project was determining which statistics would be most relevant to our target audience. To address this issue, I created wireframes to illustrate the data that I believed would be of greatest interest to employers and collaborated with the sales team to ensure that our approach aligned with their objectives. The visual aids proved to be instrumental in facilitating discussion and reaching a shared understanding of our goals.
Our primary objective was to capture the attention of potential employers by presenting the most compelling content available. By incorporating persuasive calls to action, we sought to spur engagement and drive sales. This email campaign successfully generated leads, which we subsequently tracked to identify areas for improvement and optimize future outreach efforts.
The most recent iteration was informed by extensive data analytics and findings gathered over several months following the initial release. Our team gleaned valuable insights, including the recognition that smaller companies may not consistently support large-scale deployments. Additionally, our research indicated that employers appreciate the ability to compare current and past ratings. Based on this feedback, we have iterated the latest design, now presented on the left.
We have retained this section with the belief that with some strategic reframing, it has the potential to deliver greater impact. Our approach involved a modification from two positive attributes to two negative attributes, informed by our finding that employers tend to prioritize the latter.
Furthermore, we have included a new section designed to stimulate a sense of competition among employers. Our objective was to achieve maximal impact through a straightforward approach. The necessary data for this section has already been gathered from the site, and our current focus is on developing a compelling and polished presentation.
The concluding segment of this section was focused on driving sales through two primary means. Firstly, we sought to highlight the unique value proposition of Breakroom, emphasizing the importance of engagement with our platform. Additionally, we presented the significant data we have accumulated on our site to illustrate the platform's efficacy.
Our efforts also included a significant aspect of ensuring that all design elements were in alignment with our established design system, incorporating new elements in a seamless and cohesive manner.
