Burberry - R World
Project Goal: Integrate different internal apps into one

Main Tasks: Analysing Data, Ideating, wire framing and prototyping
For the R world project, we need to find the best way to incorporate 4 different apps into one app. From the ideating phase, we tried out various different layouts and prototypes. In the end, we figured out the most efficient way to integrate the training app, catalogue searching app, CRM app and the rota app all together into one app, the Burberry R World.
It as a fair long process from researching to the final launch. However, we are all extremely proud of the final product and I got a chance to present my version of the app as well as implementing some of the ideas into the final product.

The final product came out really well and received many positive feedbacks, as well as raised KPIs, such as CSAT and SUS. The total time from start to finish for a task was dramatically reduced as well as the click counts. Along with the lower error rate and everything, the new Burberry R World was able to reach its highest potential and actually assists the SAs in a more efficient way.
Prototype - R World
This is my version of the integrated R World app for presentation. I received many good feedbacks about this version. However, this version didn’t actually get built due to some technical issue with developing. Nevertheless, I am still really proud of this creation.
